Dr. Lewis grew up in Lexington, Tennessee, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin. He graduated with honors from the Southern College of Optometry and joined Bootheel Eye Care in 2019.
Dr. Lewis is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Dyersburg and attends First Baptist Church in Dyersburg. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Kaci, and their sons, Riley and Brooks.
